And when you finish early with the job done to standard, you're still paid for the full scheduled time. No shortcuts, no rushing — the audit keeps it honest. Being good at your job should pay. You get a documented scope for every site, shown how we do it, and the backup of a supervisor. You're never left guessing what “done properly” means — the standard is written down, so you can actually hit it.

Every visit is signed off against a scope and audited on rotation. That's not there to catch you out — it's there so good work gets seen, and so you're never blamed for a mess that isn't yours.
